 Shopping at the local supermarket for coffee can be like shopping for month old bananas, except you can't see the freshness disappear visually. Most of the beans sold on the store shelves were roasted weeks to months ago. That's why we believe roasting for each order is so important. If you purchase our coffee, it will arrive at your door 2-3 days after it was roasted, and we put a roast on date on the bottom of each bag.  We want each Pheo coffee purchase to be an experience that involves learning, intrigue, & delicious coffee. You learn about amazing discoveries in medicine and a picture of an actual person that you helped fund.
