 We have been busy that past few weeks! We released X, our newest, most delicious coffee yet! It is a Kenyan single origin coffee with amazing bright acidity balanced with complex layers of sweetness. It is a light roast, which makes it really, really smooth. X tells the story of Wilhelm Rontgen and his discovery of X-rays. While experimenting with light in vacuum sealed glass tubes he accidentally stumbled upon the ability to see through his own skin!  After a few weeks of experimenting in private he took the first x-ray image ever, of his wife's hand, to which she proclaimed "I have seen my own death!"
